I met Annie & Jared when I shot their beautiful engagement session last fall at RT Lodge in Maryville. I fell in love with them immediately for many reasons, but mostly because of the dynamic of their relationship. Annie is playful and sweet, Jared is quiet and modest - and totally did not care to have engagement photos made. The whole idea of posing is embarrassing to him, and I totally get that. Even still, he showed up with 'bells' on because he knew it meant something to Annie to have these photos.

Annie is a self-proclaimed type-A personality, and yet, was relaxed and calm on her wedding day. She told her bridesmaids to "get a goldish sparkly gown", and gave no further instructions. She trusted her knoxville floral artist to design the perfect arrangements without so much as a list of blooms or greenery she preferred, and she trusted me to capture their day without a pinterest board consultation. Their energies blend perfectly together - and dang'it all if they aren't some of the most beautiful humans I've ever seen. As a couple, they just have that classic beauty and confidence that draws everyone's attention when they enter a room.
